Annie Domini offers original artwork, prints, cards and other art products, commissioned artwork, and art tuition and related services.
I make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. However, colours may appear differently on different screens, and handmade and original artwork may contain natural variations that form part of the work.
Availability, descriptions and prices may be changed from time to time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.
When you place an order through the website, you are offering to purchase the relevant goods or services at the price shown.
An order is accepted when you receive confirmation that it has been accepted or processed. I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example where an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, or I reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If payment has already been taken for an order that I cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Prices and applicable delivery charges are shown before you complete your purchase.
Original artworks are unique items unless otherwise stated. Once an original has been sold, it may no longer be available.
Images on the website are intended to represent the artwork as accurately as reasonably possible, but differences in screen settings, lighting and photography can affect the appearance of colour.
Purchase of an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Some prints and other products are produced and/or dispatched by specialist print-on-demand or fulfilment partners.
Minor differences between the appearance of a product on screen and the finished printed product may occur because of differences in printing processes, materials and screen displays.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Commissioned artwork is created specifically in response to an individual customer's requirements.
The scope, price, approximate timescale and any other significant requirements for a commission will normally be agreed before work begins.
Because commissioned and clearly personalised goods are made specifically for the customer, the ordinary statutory change-of-mind cancellation right applicable to many online purchases may not apply to the finished bespoke work. This does not affect your statutory rights if the work is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Any additional terms agreed specifically for a commission will form part of the agreement between us.
Details of art tuition, classes and other services, including prices, dates and arrangements, will be provided on the website or when the service is arranged.
Where particular cancellation, rescheduling or attendance arrangements apply to a class, course or individual lesson, these will be communicated when the booking is made.
Nothing in these Terms removes any cancellation or other rights that apply to consumers under UK law.
Delivery charges and available delivery options are shown where applicable during the ordering process or agreed separately with you.
I will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the times stated. Where no different delivery period has been agreed, applicable statutory delivery requirements will apply.
